Yo Class Is In Session
What It Do? This is the official Tomballerz Blog, and its whole point is to teach people how to become "Ballerz" a.k.a "Baller" a.k.a "Balla".
Follow this link to get websters dicitonary's version of the definition of a "baller"
http://www.websters-online-dictionary.org/ba/baller.html
Let me go ahead and explain what a real "balla" is. The word, "Baller", "Balla", or "Ballerz" was invented by rap artists. They got the term from footballers, and basket ball players. Rap artists say they got the same amount of money as a football or basketball player, so in that sense they are "Ballin" or they are considered "ballers", money wise and clothing wise. Have you ever noticed Rap artists wearing basketball and football jerseys? It is because rap artists wannabe athletes, and have you noticed athletes wearing Chain jewlery? It is because athletes wannabe rappers. So the term ballin or baller is not a negative term, in fact it is a positive term. So if somebody is spendin money on nice clothes, nice cars, nice houses, nice getaway trips, than they are "Ballin".
Also the word Baller was made popular by Houston rapper Lil Troy in the 1999 song "Wannabe a Baller". A newer song released by rap artist Jim Jones in the year 2006 called "Baaaaaaalin", was the most downloaded rap song on itunes in 2006, getting the term noticed once again.
